Correy spent years learning the trade hands-on — first alongside his parents in their inspection company, then through his own work across thousands of properties throughout central Florida. When he and Cathryn launched CCS in 2024, they brought that same straightforward approach with them: show up, do the job thoroughly, and make sure the client understands every page of the report.

Correy got his start in home inspections while serving in the Army National Guard, learning the trade from the ground up at his parents' inspection company. Seventeen years and more than 10,000 inspections later, he founded CCS Home Inspections with his wife Cathryn right here in Plant City. He's a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and Certified Wood Destroying Organism Inspector — and he still walks every property like it's the first one. When he's not crawling through attics and under houses, he's answering your follow-up questions because a good report shouldn't leave you guessing.
Cathryn Southard — Owner / Office Manager
Cathryn keeps CCS running behind the scenes. With ten years of management experience, she handles scheduling, client communication, and the day-to-day operations that make sure every inspection goes smoothly from booking to report delivery.
