We draw water samples directly from your taps and handle all the paperwork and shipping to a certified laboratory. Whether your lender needs a full spectrum panel or just a bacteria (Bac-T) screen, we make sure the right tests are ordered and properly documented. This is often required for FHA, VA, and USDA loans on homes with private wells, but it's also useful if you simply want to know what you're drinking. When the results come back, we explain them in straightforward terms so you understand any health or equipment concerns.
